Archiving Policy
STEMedicine maintains a permanent digital archive of all published articles on the official journal website. The publisher is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and integrity of the scholarly record.
All published articles are made available in full text through the journal's official website immediately upon publication and remain freely accessible under the journal's Open Access policy.
The publisher implements regular website maintenance, data backup, and security measures to protect published content from accidental loss or unauthorized modification. In the event of website migration or system upgrades, all published content and associated metadata will be preserved to ensure uninterrupted access.
Authors may also archive the published Version of Record in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal websites, or other non-commercial repositories without embargo, provided that the original publication in STEMedicine is properly acknowledged and cited.
As the journal develops, additional long-term digital preservation services, such as the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), LOCKSS, CLOCKSS, or other recognized archiving systems, may be implemented to further enhance the preservation and accessibility of published content.
